Techniques for Holistic-Centered Intuitive Counseling, Coaching, Check-ins, and Helping Others to Identify and Implement Sustainable Healthy Behavior/Lifestyle Changes and Wellness/Self-Care/Mindful/Spiritual Practices, Tools to Change Patterns/Habits/Shift Belief Systems/Family Cycles, Create New Normals, Tap into Intuitive and Body Wisdom and Tools to Gain Control of the Mind
Class Details:
In this class, we explore & practice techniques for client-centered Intuitive Counseling & Coaching - also touching on experiential wisdom, grounding in/growing intuitive abilities, working through imposter syndrome & “validation” of holistic/intuitive medicine
Exploring techniques and characteristics of intuitive counseling, guiding clients through challenges, tapping into inner knowing, how to trust what comes through naturally, trust Spirit/Guides messages, accessing spiritual technology, the benefits of the Intuitive Counseling approach, and engaging in culturally relevant indigenous counseling technique
Supporting clients in engaging in alchemy, expanding awareness of & making connections to root causes and additional/external influences on mental, emotional, spiritual & physical imbalances, devising solutions & techniques for shifting emotions/pain/unhealthy patterns and habits/shadowwork as things arise in sessions, as well as for clients to implement and integrate in their everyday lives
Utilizing the Solution-Oriented Model of Transformation & Alchemy and co-creating solution-oriented tools as needed when working with clients as well as helping clients to “write a new story” and let go of the old ones
How to support clients in breaking unhealthy family cycles that they are carrying out consciously or subconsciously that contribute to mental health - practical tools and actions to take; helping clients who are the “cycle breakers” in their lineage
Techniques for guiding clients to understand/listen to their own body communication system/ intuitive wisdom to hear what’s happening internally & what their system needs for balance
How to support individuals in identifying & implementing healthy behavior change/lifestyle practices, & wellness, mindful, grounding & natural health practices - & moving through previous existing blocks
Techniques will be provided to support clients in shifting mental looping and negative thought patterns/limiting beliefs, having control over ones thoughts and mental space, & tools to move through mental and emotional stuckness and anxiousness, developing a meditation practice
Learn a 5-step method to pass on to clients for getting through a challenging moment mentally/emotionally - when things arise
