This program covers:
How to embrace, honor and ground in the intuitive, spiritual, healing, channeling, medium, and/or psychic abilities (and any other gifts) naturally coming through you or those that are dormant/suppressed and trying to come through you
How to have a more powerful relationship with your abilities - such as turning it "off" when desired and having control over it instead of it having control over you
Learn protection, cleansing, and grounding techniques for before, during and after working with someone (as well as for certain environments, around certain people, etc.)
Learn how to allow abilities to come through and be integrated in a focused, grounded and intentional way for your personal well-being and developing a clear practice and process; gaining clarity on your gifts and using them and discernment in the work; integrating 3d and 5d, how to be a channel and stay rooted in yourself and body
Clearing traumas, fears,, beliefs and any blocks related to the work (whether cultural, religious, past life, imposter syndrome, societal, ancestral beliefs etc); clearing subconcious voices, programming, judgements or stigma around using your gifts (i.e. from family, society, religion, past life, etc)
Addressing any dissonance, imposter syndrome, or the feeling of “who am I to do this work” energy or programming, clearing these and integrating a new story
Understanding what can happen (mentally, emotionally, energetically) when abilities are stuck/blocked in the system and how to free them
Accessing the spirit team that will specifically support your work with self and others; clearing of any misaligned spirits that may be attached or blocking the work; aligning with higher self; growing direct channel with guides, spirit realm and ancestors (where applicable)
Growing confidence and trust in your abilities, the path and the initiation process
Understanding the initiation process and how to navigate it; understanding what it means to be a medium between the realms
Understanding what could be happening other than a “psychosis” and how to integrate; release the idea of being “crazy”, or any old experiences where you felt you were crazy/where you may have been made to feel crazy in relation to your abilities; any emotional and mental effects or wounds
Rooting in your unique gifts and understanding your related mission; understanding what gifts are for your own development and use, and what is meant to support others on their journeys
How to create and implement empathic/energetic/emotional/spiritual boundaries and root in empowered empath techniques (i.e. how to not just absorb everything/everyone around you, how to tap in without taking it into your body and energy field, how to pick up on things without absorbing etc.)
Development of intuition coupled with discernment, and how to honor what you see/know/feel; inner communication system; believe in what you see without questioning
Includes energy medicine sessions (including extractions) and psychic surgery/healing attunement to release blocks or fears or traumas at the subconscious/body/spiritual levels related to your gifts, receive clarity, and receive messages from your spirit team for stepping into the path, and spirit guide connection and activation; and creation of initial healing plan to guide the work
Ongoing spiritual counseling and coaching to support integration and understanding what is coming through
Self care practices and supportive lifestyle habits and relevant tools for intuitives, channels and Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs); integrative practices to ground in abilities
Support with creating your unique offerings and being in alignment to attract who you’re meant to work with; embracing the creator and audacity energy and embracing how to create something new for humanity
A note: I created this offering after I noticed that many people I was either working with over the years on their healing and awakening journeys - or people I would come into contact with in other organic ways who were seeking informal guidance/advice on this topic - were struggling with integrating their innate abilities, and were feeling disempowered/imbalanced in them in some capacity. The experiences were often parallel - whether it was fear on some level, feeling "crazy", the trapped abilities contributing to depression and other imbalances, feeling as if there was no control or understanding of how to let the abilities come through in a grounded way, absorbing everyone’s everything, spirits speaking to them, being a medium without understanding how it happens - and more - and being unsure of what to do with it all. In many ways all of what I am offering I have helped people with in different capacities but recently spirit kept nudging me to make a concentrated offering for people specifically focused on this. I feel at this time many are returning to things that were once alive in their lineage/lifetimes, and things were lost, silenced, ridiculed, quieted. More than ever we will benefit from people being aligned in their truths and abilities. Allowing the abilities to come through in a conscious and careful way also helps with balancing ones own mind, body, spirit, and more - this is covered thoroughly through this program as well. This offering is intended to not be a one time thing but an over time experience - that can be curated based on what someone feels they need and how long support will be helpful.
